WriterKey® is an online application designed to improve the teaching, learning and assessment of writing across the curriculum. Our rich set of tools and features are part of a formative system for writing improvement.
Students and teachers can now login to WriterKey using their Google credentials. Once logged in, you can also access your Google Drive with a simple click. This new integration makes loading documents, correcting document formatting, and handing in assignments simple. For Chomebook users, this process is all done automatically!
Note: WriterKey never asks for - or captures - your Google password.
Here's how to set-up your Google integration:
Once logged in, click on the Menu () icon in the upper right hand corner.
Click Profile, add your registered Google email address.
Click the Save Changes button.
Next time you come to WriterKey, just login by pressing the red Google button.
WriterKey Integrates with Microsoft Office 365
* This requires a School O365 account. Consumer O365 accounts (I.e. Outlook.com, hotmail, live) are not currently supported.
Students and teachers can now login to WriterKey using their Office 365 credentials. If you are already logged-into Office 365, or are using a microsoft device such as the Surface tablet, then access to your WriterKey account is just one click away.
Note: WriterKey never asks for - or captures - your Office 365 password.
Here's how to set-up your Office 365 integration:
Once logged in, click on the Menu () icon in the upper right hand corner.
Click Profile, add your registered Office 365 email address.
Click the Save Changes button.
Next time you come to WriterKey, just login by pressing the blue Office 365 button.
Note:: Teachers have the ability to change passwords for students that are in their classes.
